Best Zone in Jim Corbett National Park
It’s difficult to say which zone is better or the best for safari when it comes to spotting wildlife, especially tigers. Dhikala is undoubtedly more famous and popular among tourists from India and abroad since it was the first zone to open and is mostly grasslands, making it easier to spot wildlife than other zones that have a canopy forest, which means dense big trees that often block the view. However, that doesn’t diminish the importance of other zones. Convenience plays a larger role in choosing a safari for a particular zone, including its proximity to the hotel and whether you prefer a jeep safari or a Canter. In short, every zone is similar, and tiger spotting is more a matter of luck than skill.
