The Dhikala zone is the largest and most popular of all the zones in the Jim Corbett National Park. It is located in the heart of the park and is surrounded by the Ramganga River. The zone is famous for its wildlife sightings, especially tigers and elephants. Apart from these, visitors can also spot spotted deer, sambar deer, barking deer, wild boar, and more.

The Dhikala zone is also home to a variety of trees, including sal, khair, sissoo, and more. Visitors can spot a variety of birds such as the crested serpent eagle, blossom-headed parakeet, Himalayan griffon, and more.

Unlike other zones, the day safari in Dhikala happens on a canter, which can accommodate up to 16 passengers.

Visitors can also spot a variety of birds such as the red junglefowl, grey francolin, white-capped redstart, and more.

The Jhirna zone allows 30 vehicles in the morning and 30 vehicles in the afternoon slot for the open jeep safari.

The Garjiya zone allows 30 vehicles in the morning and 30 vehicles in the afternoon slot for the open jeep safari.

The Dhela zone is located in the buffer area of the park and is known for its tranquil surroundings. The zone is home to a variety of animals, including tigers, leopards, elephants, and more. Visitors can also spot a variety of birds such as the crested serpent eagle, peregrine falcon, oriental white-eye, and more.

The Dhela zone allows only 15 jeeps in the morning slot and 15 jeeps in the evening slot.
